Arti Sharma

Arti Sharma, Ph.D., is an early career academician, researcher, and consultant in Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management, working at the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad (IIIT-H) in India. She completed her doctoral studies at the Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM-I), studying the impact and implications of group affective compositions. Her principal work is in Emotions (micro, meso & macro levels), team dynamics, team design, team effectiveness, and Diversity. Keeping up with the technological pace, she has recently started working on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) applications in organizations, specifically in the context of human-robot teams. She has presented her work at various international conferences such as the Academy of Management, British Academy of Management, European Group of Organizational Studies, Australian & New Zealand Academy of Management, Eastern Academy of Management, Indian Academy of Management, and Academy of International Business. She has published research papers and articles in reputed journals, including work in gamification in education and experiential exercises. She also serves as a consultant with corporates at several higher educational institutions.
