Inclusive Management in the Age of the New Normal
Companies should be prudent in drafting their MECQ work policies to protect their employees. Before any policy is implemented, companies should include all stakeholders in the decision-making process. If, as an employee, you find yourself surprised, or wondering where these policies the higher-ups are forcing on you, came from, there is a failure in the decision-making process.
Fostering creativity in organizations

Why is this important to Humanistic Management: Creativity, while being a significant driving force for innovation and competitiveness, is not always fostered in organizations. While individuals may be innately creative, this does not automatically transfer to their performance at work. This leads us to question organizational practices or work-place norms, and their effect on individuals' creativity.
