Suneetha is an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Raipur in the area of OB & HR. She holds a PhD in management from Xavier School of Management Jamshedpur and did her master’s from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Before joining academia, she worked
in the manufacturing Industry for over 17 years in the field of Human Resource Management.
Her research focuses on flourishing, evidenced by the extensive work in her thesis “Being who we are (loving beings) and doing what we know (holding and being held): Reimaging group life and leadership for peace and sustainability. Her current work explores Mico-affirmations in academia, Ecozoic Paradigm and Ecozoic leadership based on the work of Thomas Berry, and, Negative capability, a Keatsian concept. She is trained in Micro-phenomenology and is currently training in Critical embodied thinking and understanding.
