Dr. Blanca A. Camargo is a full professor of International Tourism and Sustainability and CSR in the Business School at Universidad de Monterrey (Mexico). She holds two master's degrees in Hospitality and Tourism Management and, after an active career in the hotel industry, she obtained a doctoral degree in sustainable tourism management from Texas A&M University. Her line of research focuses on ethics, justice, and dignity in tourism development, management and marketing. She is the co-founder 
Kemi Ogunyemi, Associate Professor, holds a degree in Law from the University of Ibadan, an LLM from the University of Strathclyde and MBA and PhD degrees from Pan-Atlantic University. She currently teaches business ethics, managerial anthropology, self-leadership and sustainability management at the Lagos Business School. She is also the director of the Christopher Kolade Centre for Research in Leadership and Ethics as well as the academic director for the School’s Senior Management Programme. 
Angela Chen is a PhD Candidate in Management at the University of Melbourne, Australia. Her dissertation focuses on understanding how compassion and suffering arise in businesses through the way HR practices are implemented. Angela is qualitative researcher.
