Impact and themes explored
Dignity
Dignity signifies the intrinsic value of life that cannot be expressed in prices. Most leadership and management practices therefore do not pay attention to dignity as it does not show up in a cost benefit analysis. Paying attention to dignity however is the key to unlocking hidden potential.
Flourishing
Traditional management and leadership practices are concerned with effectiveness and efficiency. Yet, most people across the globe wish to live to thrive and flourish. Shifting the objective of leadership to support human and planetary flourishing creates new opportunities that energize.
Possibility
Many leaders are embracing a "can't" do doomsday approach. The possibility of human survival and thriving gives rise to cynicism. Yet, it is what humanity deeply desires. Humanistic Leaders provide grounded hope and spaces to explore what is truly desired and possible.
