Dr. Oscar Bulaong, Jr. is Executive Director of the Gov. Jose B. Fernandez Jr. Ethics Center at the Graduate School of Business of the Ateneo de Manila University, where he teaches leadership and business ethics. He is also a Lecturer at the Philosophy Department of the Ateneo de Manila Loyola Schools, as well as the Ateneo School of Government.

Dr. Bulaong received his bachelor’s (BS Management, 1997) and master’s (MA in Philosophy, 2001) degrees from the Ateneo de Manila. He earned a Ph.D. in Philosophy (2009) at the Institut für Philosophie of the Johann Wolfgang von Goethe Universität in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
