Yasmine Attar is a researcher and strategist with over six years of experience at the intersection of consulting, technology, and academia. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York and has worked at Deloitte in Dubai and AEMS, an AI startup in London. Her current focus is on how AI can shape management and organizational practices.

During her experience as a consultant advising government, banking, TMT, and consumer clients on strategy and digital transformation, she observed how AI was reshaping organizational practices. She recognized the urgent need for approaches that balance innovation with human well-being. After joining an AI startup, she gained deeper insight into the need for AI to be applied in management approaches that support people’s well-being while driving organizational success. Her work now centers on how AI influences organizational management with a focus on understanding the impact of AI on quality-of-life outcomes to enhance the collaboration and success of people and organizations.
