Issaka Lawerh Tetteh

Issaka Lawerh Tetteh is a pracademic with extensive experience in diverse industries across three continents. He attained a PhD. in Management & Organization from Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University, a Master of Science degree in International Management from the University of the West of England, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Psychology from the University of Ghana. Issaka holds the e-Co Leadership Coaching certification from The George Washington University. He is also a member of many professional associations including the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM) – Ghana, Project Management Institute (PMI) – USA,  and the Academy of Management – USA.

Issaka’s research explores topics in the broad areas of Strategy, Organisational Behaviour, Diversity & Inclusion, Labour Relations, HRM, Cross-Cultural Management, Responsible Management, and Workplace Spirituality. He has published in peer reviewed journals and his co-authored work won the best paper award at the 2018 Global Conference on Business, Hospitality and Tourism Research (GLOSEARCH 2018). He is a Fetzer Fellow and has received scholarships from organizations including Turkiye Buslari and the Global Consciousness Institute.

Issaka is a strong advocate for the implementation of humanistic management practices in organizations. He has supported many business executives, entrepreneurs and industrialists to adopt strategies and practices aimed at the creation of sustainable human welfare within their organisations. Issaka has consulted to many organizations including government agencies, entrepreneurial firms, and non-profits. He is a co-founder of the Chamber of Aquaculture Ghana which is a non-profit that promotes sustainable aquaculture in the country. Issaka is also passionate about inclusive and sustainable industrialisation in Africa.
