Dr. Oscar Bulaong, Jr. is Executive Director of the Gov. Jose B. Fernandez Jr. Ethics Center at the Graduate School of Business of the Ateneo de Manila University, where he teaches leadership and business ethics. He is also a Lecturer at the Philosophy Department of the Ateneo de Manila Loyola Schools, as well as the Ateneo School of Government.
Dr. Bulaong received his bachelor’s (BS Management, 1997) and master’s (MA in Philosophy, 2001) degrees from the Ateneo de Manila. He earned 
Aliza Racelis received her PhD in Business Administration (University of the Philippines Diliman) in April 2010. She is a Management Accounting and Business Ethics professor at the University of the Philippines Business School. Her current research interests are in the areas of Business Ethics, Corporate Governance, Virtue Theory, Social Responsibility, Transcendental Leadership, and Sustainability.
