Committed to service, he has contributed meaningfully to the University of Michigan, Dartmouth College, and his academic field.

Dr. Donna Hicks is a renowned speaker and expert on dignity and conflict resolution, known for transforming organizations by fostering cultures of respect and healing. With over 20 years of experience facilitating international conflicts in regions like the Middle East, Sri Lanka, and Northern Ireland, she has worked with global leaders including the UN, World Bank, U.S. Navy, and Senate of Colombia.

She is the author of the bestselling book *Dignity: The Essential Role It Plays in Resolving Conflict*, praised by Archbishop Desmond Tutu and featured widely in the media, including BBC, NPR, and *Psychology Today*.

L. Hunter Lovins is the President and Founder of Natural Capitalism Solutions, a nonprofit promoting sustainable development since 2002. With over 35 years of global experience, she has advised governments, businesses, and communities on sustainability, energy, climate policy, and economic development.

A respected educator, Hunter is a founding professor at Bard MBA in Sustainable Management and a Master at China’s De Tao Academy, where she co-launched the Institute for Green Investment. She is also a Fellow at Case Western’s Fowler Center for Business as an Agent of World Benefit.

Dr. Sandra Waddock is a widely published scholar whose research focuses on macro-system change, corporate responsibility, stewardship of the future, wisdom, and multi-sector collaboration. She has authored over 100 articles in leading journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, and Business & Society, exploring topics like sustainable enterprise, management education, and responsible leadership.

Chris Laszlo is the co-founder and managing partner of Sustainable Value Partners LLC, advising senior leaders on using sustainability for strategic advantage. He has led hundreds of seminars and spoken at top business schools, including INSEAD and Cornell.

Previously, Laszlo spent nearly a decade at Lafarge in roles such as VP of Business Development and General Manager. He also worked at Deloitte Touche, consulting on strategy for global firms.
