Alfonso Ernesto Benito Fraile, PhD. has graduated in Humanities with a Masters in Executive Development and Leadership, both by the University of Deusto, San Sebastian, Spain. His doctorate is about the Social Responsibility of Enterprise and the Development of Values. All his studies is aimed at supporting the development of people in organizations, to enhance teamwork and leadership.
He has worked as a manager of different educational institutions in Spain and Mexico. Since 2012 he has worked as a consultant and coach on organizational culture, leadership, social responsibility, team management and family business.
Ángela Callejón-Gil is an Associate professor of Finance and Accounting at University of Málaga (Spain). She has been visiting scholar at University College of Dublin. She is the Director of the Master in Tax and Accounting advice for Companies at University of Málaga. Ángela is the academic co-director of the Chair of Sustainable Economy and Finance. She is professor of the Master in Science for the Family and President of the International Forum Women and Society, from which the development of humanistic management in organizations is promoted, working hand to hand with business leaders. She is a mother of 4 children.
Ignacio Ferrero is Professor of Business Ethics and the Dean of the School of Economics and Business at the University of Navarra. He has been Visiting Scholar at Bentley University; at Harvard University (Real Colegio Complutense) and at NotreDame University (Mendoza College of Business). He has published several books on Business Ethics (Handbook of Virtue Ethics in Business and Management, Springer Ed. 2 vols.; Business Ethics: A Virtue Ethics and Common Good Approach, Routlegde Ed.) and articles in academic Journals as Business Ethics Quarterly; Journal of Business Ethics; Business Ethics: A European Review; Business and Society Review.
Manuel Guillén is Professor of Management, OB and Professional Ethics at the University of Valencia (UV). He is the Founder and Director of the Institute for Ethics in Communication and in Organizations (IECO), and Director of the IECO-UV Chair of Business Ethics. Manuel is currently the University of Valencia Representative at RCC-Harvard University.
Rita Jácome, is the Executive Director at IECO-UV Chair of Business Ethics at the University of Valencia (UV) and the Executive Director and Researcher at the Institute for Ethics in Communication and Organizations (IECO). After 15 years working for different companies as Marketing and Communications Director, she currently lectures in organizations in the field of ethics and reputation.
