Ignacio Ferrero is Professor of Business Ethics and the Dean of the School of Economics and Business at the University of Navarra. He has been Visiting Scholar at Bentley University; at Harvard University (Real Colegio Complutense) and at NotreDame University (Mendoza College of Business). He has published several books on Business Ethics (Handbook of Virtue Ethics in Business and Management, Springer Ed. 2 vols.; Business Ethics: A Virtue Ethics and Common Good Approach, Routlegde Ed.) and articles in academic Journals as Business Ethics Quarterly; Journal of Business Ethics; Business Ethics: A European Review; Business and Society Review.
He is currently working on virtue ethics and the common good in finance, and on motivations at the workplace. He is co-founder of the research group on virtue ethics in business and management, with a worldwide network of collaborators. He holds BS in Philosophy and in Economics University of Navarra), and a PhD in Economics (University of Navarra).
