Ernestina Giudici is a retired Full Professor of Management and Business Communication at the University of Cagliari, Italy.
She is member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the International Journal of Quality and Services Sciences (Emerald), of the Editorial Review Board of the Transnational Marketing Journal and some others. She was for many years Dean of the Faculty of Economics in Cagliari and Doctorate Coordinator.
She is currently the President of the Italian Chapter of the Humanistic Management Association and sits on the Advisory Board of the International Humanistic Management Association (IHMA).
Her main areas of research include business communication, storytelling and digital storytelling, humanistic management and integrity, corruption, ethical sustainable development, sustainability, and neurotourism.
Leading international journals has published her works. In 2021 she published two co-edited Routledge books: Humanistic Tourism. Values, norms and dignity and Humanistic Management and Sustainable Tourism. Human, social and environmental challenges.
