About Masroor Lodi

Masroor Lodi is the founder of ‘The Entrepreneurship School’ in India.

Masroor is active in areas such as business growth, people strategies, entrepreneurship, and firm-level capacity development. He mentors entrepreneurs and advises business owners and business leaders. He regularly interacts with students on a range of topics especially, around entrepreneurship and courage. In the past, Masroor has worked with organisations such as Sanofi Aventis, Unilever, and India Today Group across roles in Human Resources, Project Management, Learning & Development, and Sales Training.

In his consulting role, Masroor has advised organisations in sectors such as renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, automobile, professional services, IT/ITES, textile, government, PSUs, among others.

Masroor holds a B.Com with University 1st Rank, an MA in Human Resources Management, both from University of Jamia Millia Islamia, India, and an MBA from Cranfield University, UK.

Earlier, Masroor was an entrepreneurship columnist with the largest-selling daily of India. Currently, he is leading a longitudinal study on Organisation leadership’s perception of Covid-19 impact and their response to emerging situations in association with the researchers at the University of East London, UK.
