Call for Nominations: 2020 Ideas Worth Teaching Awards

Submitted by: Zach Moo Young of the Aspen Institute Business & Society Program

Why is this important to Humanistic Management:

The current crisis is forcing us all to wrestle with far-reaching questions about the interdependence of our economic systems and human health, about the economic fragility of front-line workers, and about the choices of business executives in both ordinary and extraordinary times that have profound impacts on human lives. The kind of teaching that the Awards highlight – teaching that “prepares students with the content, skills and mindset to respond to the complexity and rapidly changing issues embedded in our economic and social systems” – is ever more urgent.
