Fabrizio Maimone is Associate Professor of Organization Studies at LUMSA University, in Rome. He teaches organizational design and organizational behaviour at the same University. He is a member of the Council of the PhD Program in Sciences of the Civil Economy. Governance, Institutions and History and also the co-chair of the advanced master degree in Innovation and development of digital competences in the public administration, at LUMSA University. He is the author of scientific articles, chapters and books, also on the relation between digital transformation, human centric organization and management, sustainability and flourishing.
