The International Humanistic Management Association grew out of academic professionals working in the field of humanistic management.

It started as a way for these researchers to share information and collaborate and quickly grew from there. They founded the Humanistic Management Network and collaborated on several books (visit our store)

The Network grew to include academic communities all over the world. Practioners and policy makes also started joining and it became apparent that a new model of collaboration was needed.

The International Humanistic Management Association is the next step in the evolution of our community. It brings together researchers, policy makers and practitioners interesting in humanistic management to collaborate, learn and support one another.
