He has been Visiting Scholar at Bentley University; at Harvard University (Real Colegio Complutense) and at NotreDame University (Mendoza College of Business). He has published several books on Business Ethics (Handbook of Virtue Ethics in Business and Management, Springer Ed. 2 vols.; Business Ethics: A Virtue Ethics and Common Good Approach, Routlegde Ed.) and articles in academic Journals as Business Ethics Quarterly; Journal of Business Ethics; Business Ethics: A European Review; Business and Society Review.
Manuel Guillén, PhD – Spain group
Manuel Guillén is Professor of Management, OB and Professional Ethics at the University of Valencia (UV). He is the Founder and Director of the Institute for Ethics in Communication and in Organizations (IECO), and Director of the IECO-UV Chair of Business Ethics. Manuel is currently the University of Valencia Representative at RCC-Harvard University.

After 15 years working for different companies as Marketing and Communications Director, she currently lectures in organizations in the field of ethics and reputation.

Francisco J. Lara is a professor of management specialized in leadership, entrepreneurship and international relations. Teach courses in the area of Entrepreneurship, Knowledge Management, Change Management, Business Ethics, Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. He is visiting professor in many US and European Universities, like Florida State University, ISM Frankfurt, Universittá Cattólica Sacro Cuore Milan, ESDES Business School Lyon, ISC Paris or Regents University London among others. He jointed The Catholic University of America in August 2014 as a visiting professor. He is ordinary professor at Universidad Católica de Valencia in Spain. He also work as consultant, advisor and business angel through his family business firm with several startups in the US and Europe.

I am an independent professional with many years of experience as a consultant and advisor for companies and organizations, in Corporate Social Responsibility and Human Resources.
I am specialized in the development of the CSR master plan strategy for companies. I advise on the process of integration the CSR plan into the organization. I also conduct Sustainability Reports, dialogue stakeholders panels, and ethics management.
