Find your moments: Coping with stress in the workplace

Why is this important to Humanistic Management: In the everyday bustle of working and fulfilling responsibilities, we tend to forget to devote precious moments to ourselves. Taking moments to re-center ourselves through mindfulness-based practices helps to alleviate stress and move towards well-being.
