Pablo Ruiz-Palomino is a full-time Associate Professor in Business Administration at University of Castilla-La Mancha, Spain. He earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration at this same University in November, 2008, which was awarded the 1st Prize in the 2010 (IV) Edition of FORETICA-MSD for Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility Research (International Call). Since then, he has acted as visiting scholar in prestigious universities such as Bentley University, University of Arizona, IESE Business School, Alliant International University and University of Edinburgh, among others.
Dr. Ruiz-Palomino’s has taught courses in Human Resource Management and Business Ethics to Spanish students and professionals. He collaborates in research issues with IECO (Institute for Ethics in Communication and Organizations). His research interests are Business Ethics, Ethical Behavior and Ethical Leadership, the main themes that guided his PhD. He has published in impact journals such as Journal of Business Ethics, Business Ethics: A European Review, Journal of Knowledge Management, Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences, European Management Journal and International Human Resource Management Journal, among others.
