Fostering creativity in organizations

Why is this important to Humanistic Management: Creativity, while being a significant driving force for innovation and competitiveness, is not always fostered in organizations. While individuals may be innately creative, this does not automatically transfer to their performance at work. This leads us to question organizational practices or work-place norms, and their effect on individuals’ creativity.
