LauraLynn Jansen, MHEd, CPCC, e-500RYT (PhD candidate) is a published author, an innovator in sustainable leadership, and a cutting-edge illuminator in the field of coaching, program design, and implementation. Her capacity as a Co-Active coach and leader encompasses group facilitation with a highly interactive delivery system to impactful individual interactions.

She’s been a maven in the field of personal health and wellness, for over twenty years and has over 5,000 hours of teaching and facilitation experience. Through her visionary determination LauraLynn has developed programs for senior executives, members of the armed forces, highly injured nurses, and others struggling with de-motivated lifestyles.

She led the implementation of a Centers for Diseases Control funded program focusing on diversity training, Removing the Barriers, for health care providers nationwide. She has also been a consultant for the US Air Force, Texas Dept. of Health and Human Services, numerous non-profit agencies, and health care facilities across the US.

Just over ten years ago Jansen co-developed a four-year curriculum addressing personal sustainability through an authentic embodied leadership for vulnerable youth. The tremendous impact of this life leadership program is beating the national odds for foster youth. This program focusing on the roots of personal sustainability is also blending the philosophies of modern leadership with that of the ancient Yogic sages. It is a life leadership programs with interpersonal and intrapersonal impact. All of LauraLynn’s interactions aim to allow individuals the chance to discover the capacity of self to thrive inherent in all of us.

Credentials

LauraLynn’s Master’s Degree in Integrative Health Education provides a unique perspective in addressing issues of whole personal well-being. Her almost three decades of experience in delivering programming through the lens of Eastern and Western philosophical approaches brings a refreshing perspective based on ancient traditions.

Her history of certifications includes: internationally accredited Co-Active life coaching course and self-leadership offered by the Co-Active Institute. She obtained her initial Yogāsana & meditation certification in 1999 while in India, an additional 200-hour training in nāda (sound) Yoga & an additional 300 hour training. She is a PhD scholar at Antioch University.
