Dr. Ayatakshee Sarkar holds a PhD in Management and Labour Studies from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, India. Her notable contributions to the field are reflected in her research publications in reputable journals. Her research covers a diverse range of topics, including workplace spirituality, psychological capital, nonviolent work behaviour, and the role of spirituality in management education. In addition to her academic accomplishments, Ayatakshee Sarkar has gained practical industry experience, with her most recent role being at Allstate India.

Dr. Sarkar’s academic journey has seen her in roles such as an Assistant Professor at XLRI Jamshedpur, where she teaches Organizational Behavior. As a distinguished researcher, Ayatakshee Sarkar has received numerous awards and recognitions, including a Visiting Research Fellow position at the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, and a scholarship to attend the UN PRME Global Forum in New York. Her research interests encompass areas such as wellbeing and happiness, sustainability practices, feminist psychology, coping approaches, and qualitative research methods.
